To ensure a smooth, respectful, and effective therapeutic process, please review the following guidelines.

Nature & Purpose of Therapy

At HeartToHeal, we provide counselling services aimed at promoting personal growth, enhancing emotional well-being, and fostering meaningful change. Our approach is eclectic, integrating elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Client-Centred Therapy. Therapy is a collaborative process. We strive to create a safe and empathetic space where you can openly share your thoughts, emotions, and concerns, built on trust, respect, and understanding.

Confidentiality & Limits

All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party. Confidentiality may be limited under the following circumstances: Risk of harm to self or others, suspicion or evidence of abuse (child, elder, or dependent adult), or legal/court-mandated requirements.

Session Duration & Frequency

Sessions typically last 50-60 minutes. Frequency is usually weekly, but may vary based on individual needs. This is mutually discussed with your psychologist.

Payment Guidelines

Session fees are communicated in advance. Sessions are confirmed upon advance payment. Payment is required at least 24 hours prior to the session. Payment method: UPI to 9316784933@kotak or QR sent on WhatsApp.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Rescheduling is possible with at least 12 hours prior notice. We will try to accommodate another slot based on availability. Late cancellations may require booking a new session.

Late Arrivals

Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not extend the session duration.
