Our internship program offers a structured and immersive learning experience, allowing you to develop practical counselling skills in a supervised and ethical setting. Interns are given the opportunity to work with real clients in pairs, ensuring both support and collaborative learning.
Structure
- Orientation & Case History taking
- Mental Status Examination (MSE)
- Working with clients in pairs
- Pre-session case discussions & intervention planning
Ethical Practice
- All sessions are conducted free of cost for clients who may not be able to afford therapy
- Clients are fully informed that sessions are conducted by trainees under supervision
- The program balances accessible mental health care with responsible training
Supervision & Support
- Supervision provided after every session

School Internship Program (Offline)
This program provides hands-on experience in a school setting, offering direct exposure to working with children and adolescents under supervision.
Structure
- Minimum commitment: 6 months
- Schedule: 3 days a week, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

- Conducting sessions with students
- Assisting in workshops
- Understanding school-based interventions
- Working under professional supervision
